SXSW artists see 30% increase in new fans per day, says MusicMetric

Artists playing at SXSW last year saw an average increase of 30% in new fans per day during the annual festival.

The data comes from music analytics service MusicMetric which has created an infographic presenting data analysing all of the acts playing at SXSW.

According to the data, the artists to receive the biggest impact in increase of fans per day were Brooklyn punk band The Men, US rapper Mystikal, and Californian five-piece Ceremony.
