T in the Park has been given the go-ahead after Perth and Kinross councillors unanimously passed plans to host the 2015 event at the Strathallan Castle estate in Perthshire has been successful.

Kasabian (pictured), The Libertines and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds will headline the event from July 10-12.  

Planning bosses at the authority had recommended approval of the proposals ahead of this morning's vote, subject to a number of conditions.
