Ticketmaster acquires Seatwave operating assets
Ticketmaster has completed the acquisition of operating assets from European resale marketplace, Seatwave.
This acquisition will enable Ticketmaster to extend its ticket resale services to Germany, Spain, Italy and other markets throughout Europe.
