Vevo founder, president and CEO Rio Caraeff will be leaving the company when his contract expires at the end of the year, according to Re/code.
Alan Price will take up the position of interim CEO following Caraeff’s departure from the Universal Music and Sony Music-backed company.
Caraeff has been the head of the company since it was launched in 2009.
Vevo generates around 8 billion views a month, despite not having turned a profit yet.
