Ticketmaster has hit back at claims that booking and delivery charges for ticket fees are hidden and 'unfair', branding a recent Which? report "utterly misleading and factually incorrect".

Last night, the report claimed that companies such as Ticketmaster and See Tickets are charging up to 38% more for music and theatre tickets through hidden charges and fees.
