Sync Story: Inside the Jorja Smith/Spotify BRITs placement

During last month’s BRIT Awards, those watching on TV were treated to a special collaboration between Spotify and Jorja Smith during the commercial break.

Made by an all-female crew in celebration of the Walsall singer winning the 2018 Critics’ Choice Award, Spotify’s Super Future Star advertisement features a stripped-down performance of 2016 Smith’s breakout track, Blue Lights.
