Truck Festival expands into retail
Wednesday, Feb 9th 2011 at 11:44AMTruck will take place over three days this year, from July 22 to 24, with a capacity expanded from 5,000 to 8,000.
The event is sticking to its regular location of Hill Farm in Steventon but the site will be significantly expanded to include a new stage, label takeovers and improved camping areas.
As a sign of its new ambition, Truck organisers Robin and Joe Bennett will tomorrow open an independent record store in Oxford, in conjunction with Rapture Records.
