Imogen Heap to release crowdsourced single
Friday, Mar 25th 2011 at 2:07PMThe song - with a working title of #HeapSong1 - started life on March 14 when Heap invited fans to contribute audio ideas via SoundCloud to build a song around.
The following day, fans submitted words to the #heapsong1 microsite and the most popular ones were woven into the lyrics. In the days after this, fans uploaded pictures and moving images for possible inclusion in the accompanying video.
