Ian Moss, who has also worked at the Department for Work and Pensions, becomes director of public affairs at the organisation next week. He replaces Theo Blackwell, who took over the role from Richard Mollet only last September.

While at the Ministry of Justice Moss undertook a secondment to the Institute for Government to help improve the structures, policy making and delivery capacity of Government. Prior to this, he headed the strategy unit at the DWP.
