The catalogue of the nineties American alt-rock band includes the iconic album Copper Blue, which sold over 300,000 copies and was a 1992 album of the year. That and the other albums in the catalogue, including Beaster and File Under Easy Listening, were all top ten chart successes.

The deal will see Demon control a live album from Sugar and some of Mould's solo material and will additionally own the exclusive licensing and digital rights.
