These one-year practical and vocational courses are equivalent to two ‘A’ Levels, and are all about developing your technique, improving your performance skills and musical style, getting yourself noticed by connecting with the music industry, and steadily building your confidence towards that of a professional musician.
There are five Artist Development Diploma couses; Bass, Drums, Guitar, Songwriting and Vocals, as well as the Entrepreneur's Diploma in Music Business and the Diploma in Live Sound and Tour Management.
Whichever BIMM Brighton Diploma you choose, you’ll gain a fundamental understanding of the way the music industry works, plus will study music theory, music history, and musicianship skills such as sight reading and ear training. All in all, it’s a fantastic grounding for a holistic understanding of modern music and the industry that surrounds it.
