Event and Festivals technology

Alongside the huge growth in the event industry over the past few years there has been a quiet revolution in the way that all aspects of an event is produced and managed.

The introduction of new technologies at every stage is not only improving the way in which events are marketed and promoted but also I the quality of the production and management of the event.

As a result there is now a demand for new technical skills and expertise from the events industry. This course aims to develop these technical skills along with an appreciation of all aspects of the management of an event and has been developed closely with our industry partners. The course follows a specialist pathway extending from our core Events and Festival Programme.

The BSc (Hons) Event and Festival Technology will prepare you with the skills and knowledge required to work within the event and festival industry.
