Handle Recruitment is working with a Music Licensing Company who is looking to find an International Licensing Coordinator to join their team based in central London.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting investigations, analysis and research to assist and inform key Licensing and Agency projects
- Project coordination: Scheduling of activities and providing support to the start up and management of licensing projects
- To provide support and assistance on ad hoc team workload and related matters such as the production of presentations and reports
- Managing the monthly and quarterly invoicing for all licences managed within the team. This will include responsibility for the invoicing and chasing of collection of payments for all accounts in Agency territories without a local agent
- Providing support to the monthly and quarterly licensing activity and revenue reports including population of data and production of reports
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of analysing, interpreting and presenting data
- Experience in project support and coordination and an understanding of the principles of Project Management
- Experience in accounts administration with a good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Highly organised with excellent planning skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks and small projects
- Proven high level of numeracy
- Must be competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce high quality presentations and reports, PRINCE 2 Foundation certificate is desirable
- An aptitude to write reports with recommendations for the Director and Senior Managers
