Former chairman and CEO of MTV Networks International Bill Roedy has invested in YouTube multi-channel network PopShack, joining the board of directors alongside PopShack seed investors, Blenheim Chalcot.

With immediate effect, Roedy (pictured, right) will join the PopShack board as a non-executive director, assisting the company on wider strategic issues, across brand and entertainment alliances.
