A fantastic role within an innovative new Music House has become available to the suitable candidate. The company is the new start up of two respected Independent Record Labels. This candidate will have drive and ambition with excellent skills in building relationships. They will have experience of working within the sync/licensing or advertising world with a strong network in agency/film/TV. First class communication skills at every level and an ability to present competently are a must.
In this role, the candidate will be helping the company gain new business by promoting their services, so an understanding of the creative process and a grasp on TV/advertising/film production will be a strong help.
Key skills required:
- Experience within the synchronisation industry and/or advertising industry
- A core network across advertising/film/TV
- Familiarity with licensing, music rights processes and UK TV blankets
- Familiarity with the creative process
- Ability and comfort in client relationship building and new business development
- Passion for music is imperative (though experience at a record label is not necessary)
- Personality is key
