Handle Recruitment are searching for a Digital Operations Account Coordinator for this leading record label based in London.
You will be responsible for managing the delivery of new release content to digital retailers as well as maintaining and developing relationships and processes with various DSP's.
Key Duties:
- Delivery of all new releases across digital formats to digital retailers in time for release date
- Day to day Operations management of DSP’s and online retailers
- Attend meetings with label, production and sales to ensure that all releases are effectively delivered through digital supply chain
- Liaise with Digital Operations Manager, Digital Sales, Label and DSPs to ensure any delivery issues are resolved and implement necessary actions in systems
- Pricing of new release and catalogue products, clean ups and projects
- Build and maintain necessary relationships with allocated DSPs
- Build relationship with Production, Digital sales and IT to understand their working practices
- Utilise all relevant IT and reporting systems for adhoc reports; investigations and project work
- Updating operational guidelines
Key Skills / Experience:
- Knowledge of digital audio formats and online music platforms
- Experience of having managed third party relationships
- Good attention to detail

- Computer literate – Microsoft & Apple Mac packages
