What you’ll be doing…

As an International Operations Manager you will have demonstrable operations experience and will oversee the management of all the CMO relationships, supporting the team as and when required to guarantee optimal output. You will set and deliver on revenue budgets across the department managing any issues or areas of risk appropriately to ensure maximum collection of revenue. As a people manager you will possess the ability to lead and coach a team and will know how to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results. 

The International Operations Manager will define and own the International operations dashboard reporting performance against metrics to key stakeholders, ensuring International milestones, targets and quality levels are achieved and maintained. This role is expected to constantly review process, procedures and systems to enable to team to work more effectively and to drive performance and efficiency.

What you’ll need…

In order to be successful in this role you will need to be resilient with good commercial acumen and able to manage multiple and competing priorities in a complex and fast paced environment. It is imperative that you have experience of delivering multimillion £ revenue budgets and managing budgets alike. Working in a complex data environment, knowledge of project planning methodologies is an essential requirement for this role. . Previous experience analysing 'current state' processes and defining/implementing 'future state' enhancements as well as knowledge of driving change is essential for this role.

This position plays a key role in making the new structure "operational", and this person will help shape and steer the new team, helping us to achieve our ambitious financial targets.
