Handle Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced marketing professional to join a leading music management / event organisation based in West London. Candidates will join a small team in supporting the MD with all marketing activities for the company, its clients and various projects as well as providing a well-rounded admin support. Candidates should have strong IT and admin skills and have a pro-active and professional approach with outstanding attention to detail.
PA
- Provide adhoc PA support to the MD
- Travel arrangements
- Answering incoming enquiries
- Updating contracts
Marketing / Digital
- Creating PowerPoint Presentations
- Updating company website and social media feeds
- Sending mailing lists and database management
- General marketing of the company
Projects
- Assisting with various projects alongside the MD
- Researching new clients and new business leads
- Assisting with events
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Strong IT skills including MS Word & PowerPoint
- Experience managing social media and updating websites
- Knowledge of the music industry
- Exposure to client contracts
- Eye for marketing
- Attention for detail
- Trustworthy – you will often be required to work alone in the office

Hours: 10am – 6pm (flexibility required)
