Handle Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a bright marketing assistant to join one of the music industry's front running record labels based in West London.

The role will provide support to the label's Product Managers and other senior marketing personnel, ensuring delivery of smooth and successful campaigns. Previous experience in a marketing role for a record label or similar music company is absolutely essential.

Specific duties:

  • Creating Purchase Orders, maintaining budgets and dealing with enquiries relating to invoices
  • Ordering of stock from distribution warehouse
  • Work with supervisors and label executives to develop powerful artist campaigns
  • Dealing with suppliers, artist's managers, artists, management companies, design studios, printers, media companies, internal contacts, etc.
  • Arranging meetings and looking after visitors
  • Create and update marketing plans, media bookings and release schedules
  • Project research and CIN analysis
  • Arrange and co-ordinate diaries, book travel and arrange all meeting schedules
  • Processing expenses
  • Take minutes at weekly marketing meetings and circulate when required
  • Chase assets as required by the product managers
  • Work closely with artists and artist management to ensure requests and expectations are handled and carried out effectively
  • Identify emerging interactive platforms and new advertising media
  • Ensure multi-platform tools are delivered on time
