Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years working design experience and be detail-oriented and responsible, have strong communication and organisational skills, a working knowledge of CS6 (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat) and a general understanding of html.
Programmes: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Word and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Hours of work: Normal working hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with an hour lunch. From time to time, dependent on the project concerned, you may be required to work longer hours.

Key Tasks
Highly organised designer with an ability to work under pressure, along with an excellent eye for detail and a passion for turning out quality design solutions across varied briefs and media. Must be a team player.
Designing two monthly titles, web adverts, eshots and supplements as well as logos and event signage when requested.
- Taking responsibility for the design/layout two of Intent’s b2b monthly publications - MI Pro and Develop.
- Eshot creation
- Supplement design
- Web adverts (Photoshop animated gifs)
- Checking third party PDF adverts to ensure they are print ready using Acrobat Pro
- Liaising with the production team to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensuring copy deadlines are fulfilled by editorial teams
- Third party advert design
- Event signage
- Logo creation
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
- Ensure prescribed publishing timelines & schedules are adhered to
- Liaising with different departments and brands as required
- Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
- Deliver consistently high-quality work from visual concepts to
print-/electronic-ready delivery
