Handle Recruitment are searching for a highly efficient and experienced PA to assist the Co-Founder and a Senior Manager of a successful music management company based in South-West London.
You will be responsible for providing seamless support ensuring that all professional affairs run smoothly. An extremely high level of organisation is required to manage their busy diaries – which are further complicated by the diaries of the various acts that they manage.
The successful candidate will be one step ahead at all times, have experience managing multiple diaries and be able to keep on top of all communication to guarantee that nothing slips through the net.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Diary management for the 2 Principals as well as syncing with the various artists' diaries
- Email management – heavy email flow and vital that urgent matters are prioritised and day-to-day issues dealt with autonomously
- Travel coordination - with agents and independently
- Constant contact with other members of the 2 Principals’ management teams
- Close liaison with the companies international offices
- Preparing expenses
- Taking dictation of emails
- Working closely with the other senior PA and providing holiday cover
- Some support with Principals' private affairs
Candidates must be / have:
- Foresight to think ahead and predict possible issues / conflicts that may arise
- Thorough and meticulous
- Initiative and able to multi-task
- Strong team player
- Upbeat and enthusiastic personality
- Previous experience in the music industry would be beneficial
- Experienced users of Mac OS
- Advanced in Outlook, Word and Excel
- A flexible approach to working hours
