Purpose of Role:

Extreme Music is looking for an experienced producer to join their London based audio department. The successful candidate will be joining the team with immediate effect and the position will report directly to the A&R Director. This will be a full time position.

Curating relevant material from existing sources and assembling into coherent collections.

Creating running orders, titles and overseeing edits and mastering for said albums.

Guiding the material through Extreme’s release process from conception to publication.

  • File handling of third party material. This will involve liaising directly with relevant LA based Bleeding Fingers employees (and other third party suppliers) to ensure that correct delivery is made. Then organise files as per the audio teams’ guidelines.
  • The position will also include general assistance for other producers within the audio department. As workloads and commitments vary, the successful candidate will be called upon to help with production in all areas of the library and will be expected to work alongside all other members of the audio department.

Personal Specification:

  • The successful candidate must have a proven track record of conceptualising, curating and briefing music in order to create production music albums.

  • The candidate must be proficient with relevant audio production software – Pro Tools, Logic etc.

  • The candidate must have a history of working within a busy, dynamic department within a music industry environment.
