Role
Expand our reach in advertising, video games and TV.
Manage our sales department & expand it.
What you’ll be doing:
Going to see all your existing clients face to face.
Play the right people the right music from our roster - know our roster inside out.
Taking clients to gigs, lunches, social events.
Going to conferences / industry events.
Essential:
Music nerd / total music lover.
Worked in sync for minimum 2 years.
Solid existing client base.
Gregarious, knows everybody, keen to meet new people.
Networking skills.
Self starter, self organiser, self motivated.
Thrive under pressure / tight turnarounds & deadlines.
Desirable:
A&R skills and artist contacts.
Interest in the arts - film, TV, design.
Experience of licensing / negotiation.
International client base - US / Europe.
Musical knowledge - plays instrument / makes music."
