This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious and forward-thinking Senior Marketing and Development Manager to join the ISM. The ISM is the professional association for musicians and is known for its work promoting music and delivering high quality services such as legal advice and professional development to its 7,000 musician members.
This is an exciting time to join the ISM, which has grown its membership by 45% since 2009. In this role, you will lead on delivery of ambitious marketing plans and work with the CEO on developing the ISM Trust. You will possess strong marketing and communication skills and have a track record of meeting ambitious targets. You will also be a good manager – you will be managing the marketing team while the Director of Marketing is on maternity leave, and have excellent organizational skills, the ability to assess priorities and work to deadlines. You will have excellent inter-personal skills, a high degree of professionalism and commitment to unrivalled customer service to our members.
You will be joining a professional staff team based in Bayswater, London where the emphasis is on good communication and team work.
