Leeds label Dance To The Radio announces return

Leeds-based indie label Dance To The Radio has announced today that it has relaunched in a move to promote up and coming artists.

Initially launched in 2004, Dance To The Radio made its name by way of numerous indie compilations, while also releasing albums and singles for a the likes of ¡Forward, Russia! and The Pigeon Detectives.

The label scored over one million combined sales plus combined sales before ceasing to release music in 2011, instead focusing on supporting new music by hosting the Dance To The Radio stage at Leeds festival, featuring artists such as Pulled Apart by Horses, Dutch Uncles, Hookworms, Wild Beasts and Blood Red Shoes since 2007.

Now the label is back to help support the most exciting new UK talent, although its first new release will be Lose Control, the new single from The Pigeon Detectives, available online from today (November 4). It will also release the band’s new album Broken Glances out in February 2017.
