PledgeMusic appoints Adam Lekach as SVP marketing

PledgeMusic has appointed Adam Lekach as its new SVP, marketing.

In his new role, Lekach will report to CEO Dominic Pandiscia as he oversees the company’s global marketing and campaign management strategy, with responsibility for developing cross-company synergies and delivering ‘better results’ for PledgeMusic’s partner base. He will also manage public relations strategies for key campaigns and initiatives.

His role extends across PledgeMusic’s expanding direct-to-fan ecosystem, which now includes NoiseTrade and Set.fm.

“Adam Lekach is a highly creative and results-driven digital marketing executive and we are enormously pleased to have him on-board,” said Pandiscia. “He joins PledgeMusic at a pivotal juncture as we begin the process of integrating NoiseTrade and Set.fm. Adam’s deep familiarity with the independent and major label worlds will play a key role in boosting our growth opportunities and ensuring we deliver on our guiding premise that there’s a better way to experience music.”

Lekach most recently served as VP, media and partnerships, for Kemado Media Group, consisting of Mexican Summer, Anthology Recordings, Software Recording Co., and Kemado Records. His experience also includes nearly a decade in marketing and sales roles for Sony Music Entertainment.

“PledgeMusic uniquely connects passionate music fans with the artists they love to support and has done a formidable job delivering on that promise,” Lekach said. “I am honoured to join the team and contribute my experience to growing our global fan base and broadening our relationships with artists, managers, publishers, labels and other industry partners.”
