Influential BBC Radio 1 music team producer Chloe Pearson has moved to Island Records.

Pearson has joined Island’s A&R team after 15 years with the BBC, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships between the music industry, artists and Radio 1, as well as presenters and the wider BBC.
