The UK’s Academy Of Contemporary Music (ACM) has been fully acquired by a new owner, Music Week understands.
The acquisitive party is entrepreneur Kainne Clements, who earlier this year was named as one of three new investors in Metropolis after the West London recording studio and entertainment services company underwent financial restructuring.
Metropolis’ management is understood to be keen on drawing closer links between itself and ACM as a result of Clements' buyout.
