AEG drops insurance claim against Lloyds for Jackson tour
AEG has dropped its $17.5 million insurance claim against Lloyds Of London following Michael Jackson’s cancelled This Is It dates in 2009.
AEG claimed an £11m cancellation policy but the insurers of the concert, Lloyd's of London, argued that the company made false claims about Jackson's health and readiness to perform.
