ASCAP creates new Global Customer Service unit

US performing rights society ASCAP has revamped its Membership And Strategic Services division to broaden its scope and provide a wider range of services to its members (songwriters, publishers) and PRO partners.

The new Global Customer Service unit will centralise all global customer service support functions into a single global operation.
