Bauer Media is to acquire leading Finnish commercial radio business Radio Nova from broadcaster MTV, part of the Bonnier Group.

In addition to Radio Nova, Bauer Media will assume responsibility for the sales and marketing operations of commercial stations NRJ and Nostalgia from MTV. When the transaction is complete, Bauer and MTV will offer multi-media solutions to commercial partners which combine digital, TV and radio packages.
