Bauer's Absolute acquisition approved by OFT
Bauer's acquisition of Absolute Radio has been cleared by the Office of Fair Trading.
Bauer Media UK agreed with Times of India to acquire the Absolute Radio business, subject to regulatory clearance in July in a deal believed to be worth around £22m.
