Capital Xtra's Music Potential scheme returns for fourth year

Capital Xtra’s youth music programme Music Potential is returning for a fourth year.

The Barclays-supported scheme helps 16-25-year-olds, who are not employed or in education, develop the skills and experience needed to build a career in the music industry through a series of workshops, one-to-one mentoring sessions and work placements.

Tim Westwood, Jez Welham, Abrantee and Raleigh Ritchie (pictured) are ambassadors of the programme, which has had more than 1,700 participants so far.
