Following Capitol’s 13 Grammy wins (four of which went to Sam Smith), chairman and CEO Steve Barnett says the company wants to be “the best label in America.”
But the exec says that goal is a difficult thing to accomplish, due to competition from the likes of Interscope and Republic.
