The Supervisory Board has thanked Levy for his contribution over the last ten years alongside Jean-Rene Fourtou.

Jean-Francois Dubos, Vivendi's General Counsel has been appointed chairman of the Management Board, which is composed of Jean-Francois Dubos and Philippe Capron, chief financial officer.

In addition it has been proposed to the SFR Board of Directors that Stephane Roussel, currently senior executive vice president, Human Resources of Vivendi, be appointed chairman and chief executive officer of SFR.
