Coe has 'some thinking to do' over BBC Trust job
Lord Coe has said that he has ‘some thinking’ to do about the idea of becoming the BBC Trust chairman, having been tipped to replace Lord Patten, who stepped down from the position in May.
ITV political editor Tom Bradby claimed last month that “there are a few hurdles left to clear [but Coe] is interested [in the role] and enjoys the firm support of the Prime Minister and the Chancellor”.
