Wilko Johnson, who served a high-profile stint as a guitarist with British punk outfit Dr Feelgood, has been diagnosed with terminal cancer of the pancreas.

A statement issued by Johnson’s manager Robert Hoy confirmed that Johnson has chosen not to receive chemotherapy.
