Independent label Earache Records is planning to widen its artist roster into more radio-friendly areas as it reaches its 25th anniversary.
After two and a half decades in business, founder Digby ‘Dig’ Pearson (pictured) said of the growth of the label: “We’ve spent plenty of time in the underground metal trenches, it’s how we made our name, but I think we’ll have a more varied and, dare I say it, commercial metal and rock output in future.”
