Eden Project to host World music Live 8 show
Friday, Jun 17th 2005 at 5:41PMPresented in association with WOMAD, its co-founder Peter Gabriel and Senegalese musician Youssou N'Dour, the event will take place in the Eden arena with the worlds biggest greenhouses as a backdrop.
Artists set to perform include Angelique Kidjo, Maryam Mursal and Salif Keita alongside less well-known acts such as Tinariwen, Akim El Sikameya and Ayub Ogada.
