Emeli Sandé wins big at 2012 MOBO awards

The big winner at this year's 17th Music of Black Origin (Mobo) Awards was Emeli Sandé, who took home three of the thirteen awards.

Taking place at Liverpool's Echo Arena on Saturday, November 3, the ceremony celebrates urban music in the UK.

Sandé won Best R&B/Soul act, Best Album and Best Female Act. Plan B came in close second with two awards for Best Hip Hop/Grime act and Best Male Act.
