Foster picks up Live Music Bill

Because the proposed legislation is a private members bill, it needed another MP to pick it up and ask the whips for debating time in the House of Commons. Foster's intervention yesterday, during its third reading in the House of Lords, has ensured that has happened and given a boost to its supporters in the music industry.
