GMG Radio backing wounded soldiers
Help for Heroes Day, named after the Help For Heroes charity which provides support for injured servicemen and is aiming to set up further recovery centres across the UK, will air from 6am to midnight across the GMG brands Real Radio, Smooth Radio and Rock Radio.
Artists including Robbie Williams, Cheryl Cole, Alexandra Burke, Stereophonics and Katie Price have provided endorsements for the day, while GMG has secured exclusive commercial radio access to the Headley Court Rehabilitation Centre in Surrey.
