Imagem Music had formed a joint venture and struck a global administration deal with PRMD Publishing.

The alliance will focus on all genres of music including the dance and electronic music writers and producers from PRMD’s roster. The label and publishing company was founded by Ash Pournouri, whose At Night Management umbrella represents artists such as, Avicii, Cazzette and Ishi.
