While Andy Varley says he launched Insanity Group when he was 17 years old, the truth is the beginnings of his company started far earlier. Aged 12, Varley was hustling in the playground, selling computer games at school, endearingly, under the Insanity name. Today it’s a far more sophisticated operation, and has moved away from amateur retail, to a music, media and sport talent management firm.
