iTunes Store launches in Russia and 55 other countries

Apple has announced the launch of its iTunes Store in Russia, Turkey, India, South Africa and 52 other countries today. 

The Store features local repertoire in each territory including artists such as Elka in Russia, Sezen Aksu in Turkey, AR Rahman in India and Zahara in South Africa.

International stars including the likes of The Beatles, Taylor Swift and Coldplay also come as part of the package.
