Kobalt acquires AWAL, launches artist and labels and neighbouring rights divisions

The roll-out of the artist and label services operation comes with the acquisition of Artists Without A Label (AWAL) and the appointment of Playlouder, MSP and CI co-founder Paul Hitchman as the division's managing director.
