Labels start legal proceedings against Vkontakte

Russian social networking site Vkontakte (VK) is back in court, embroiled in its second lawsuit over alleged copyright infringement from Sony, Universal and Warner.

The website allows users to upload music and videos, but hasn't yet signed any licensing deals with rights holders.
