Legendary singer/songwriter Leonard Cohen will release a new album, Popular Problems, on September 22 - a day after his 80th birthday.

A collaboration with co-writer Patrick Leonard, Popular Problems is Cohen's 13th studio album.

“Yet again, Leonard Cohen has broken musical boundaries with new creative inspiration,” said Rob Stringer, Chairman/CEO at Cohen's record label, Columbia Records.

“These nine new songs are simply sublime and innovative with a unique spirit. We're absolutely thrilled and honored to celebrate this milestone with him.”
