Free personal music streaming service, MixRadio, has been fully acquired from Microsoft by Line Corporation.
The deal was first announced in December last year, and has now reached closure.
Founded in Japan, Line is owner and operator of the free call and messaging app going under the same name. It plans to use the MixRadio acquisition to expand into music and entertainment.
Currently available in 31 countries, MixRadio now has "huge scope for expansion".
