Live Nation has formed a Taiwanese division, teaming up with B'In Music International in the process.

Billboard reports that the move comes as part of Live Nation's expansion plans in the area and takes its Asian operation into a tenth country - existing ones including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan and Singapore.
